so long

it's been so long! 1st it was due to my eye operation.. went to do lasik. then, work was busier.

Update on the house: bank has valued it to be higher and after much deliberation we have finally decided to BUY IT!!!

Just made our last offer this afternoon. hope the developer will sell.

celebrated me and my brother's birthday over last week end. basically, my brother's blog said everything. that's the bad thing about everyone having a blog.. you tend to repeat yourself after a while!
